Thanks to Kathy I'm now able to move my body again. Due to different illnesses including chronic pain (fibromyalgia) I wasn't able to move my body much at all before I started taking Kathy's classes three years ago. The way that she makes the classes flow with gentle movements for body, mind and soul while listening to beautiful music that accompanies her lovely way of teaching is one of a kind! For many, many years, I felt 'not good enough', was afraid of failure, all enhanced by energy draining negative self talk and at times I felt terribly lost.

Learning how your own thoughts and emotional responses to situations in life can influence your well being, was such a valuable lesson. Starting off with being more mindful and followed by weekly meditation sessions, I've learned to stand still, breathe deeply and appreciate all the beauty and love around and within me. I feel I'm living on another, more intense and beautiful spiritual level. No longer afraid and not holding myself back when chasing my dreams, I trust that life will lead me to where I need to go next.
