Meditation

Only through meditation is Meditation known.

We may be aware of how our body moves and feels, but are we aware of how our mind moves and feels?  It's not a question usually asked.  

Your mind is an untapped resource of strength and power and you can learn how to turn on the switch to direct your focus, concentration and consciousness awareness.  It has been demonstrated that when we focus our attention in a certain area of the body, physiological changes occur in that area.  

Our classes are designed to strengthen your mind-body connection and elevate your physical, mental, emotional flexibility and fitness.

Stress Management

How to remain steady in the face of change. 

60 -80% of primary care doctor visits are related to stress, yet only 3% of patients receive stress management help. 

Understanding the mechanics of stress gives you the advantage of being more aware of and sensitive to your own level of stress and knowing when and how to take proactive steps.  This increased awareness also helps you to better care for your family, friends and colleagues
